Panels
Autoclaved aerated concrete panels are elements intended, for example, for lining the ring beam in a single-layer wall. Thanks to their use, the thermal insulation of the ring beam area and the rest of the wall are as close to each other as possible (in this case, remember to insulate the ring beam with hydrophobic wool or polystyrene, which is placed between the tile and the place where the ring beam is poured). SOLBET panels also make it possible to obtain a uniform external surface of the wall, which greatly facilitates the plastering of walls. They can be built on the side as a levelling layer in a 24 cm wall.
Due to the fact that Autoclaved aerated concrete is a homogeneous material, panels can also be laid “flat” (laying on the side) in load-bearing walls, if their height is not a multiple of the height of the SOLBET block, i.e. 24 cm.
Panels are also used in interior design. They are most often used to build panel screens, shower trays, bathtubs and cabinets. The use of SOLBET panels is made easy by their low weight and the easy processing of Autoclaved aerated concrete.
Autoclaved aerated concrete panels without profiling (marked “N”). When laying them, fill the horizontal and vertical joints with mortar.
